CalQpro provides over 200 free calculators across finance, health, math, science, live event production, construction, and other categories. Every calculator is built for educational and planning purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice, certification, or a guarantee of accuracy for any specific real-world application. Read the section that applies to the calculator you used before relying on the result.

Financial Calculators

All financial calculators on CalQpro β€” including mortgage, loan, retirement, investment, tax, and budgeting tools β€” are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other type of professional advice.

Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard mathematical formulas. They do not account for your full financial situation, applicable tax law, lender underwriting, regulatory changes, or market conditions. Actual figures from lenders, brokers, tax authorities, or financial institutions may differ. Interest rates, fees, and qualifying criteria change frequently and vary by jurisdiction.

Before making any major financial decision β€” including buying a home, taking a loan, claiming a tax deduction, or making an investment β€” consult a licensed financial advisor, certified public accountant (CPA), or attorney qualified in your jurisdiction.

Health & Medical Calculators

Health, fitness, and medical calculators on CalQpro β€” including BMI, BMR, TDEE, body fat, calorie, macro, hydration, BAC, pregnancy due date, and similar tools β€” produce general population estimates only. They are based on formulas published by organizations such as the CDC, NIH, WHO, USDA, and peer-reviewed research, but cannot account for individual factors like medical history, medications, body composition, athletic background, ethnicity, age, sex, or specific health conditions.

Results do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. CalQpro is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or considering significant changes to your diet, exercise, or medication routine, consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or certified medical practitioner before acting on any result from this site.

BAC (blood alcohol content) calculators in particular are estimates only and do not predict legal impairment in any jurisdiction. Never drive after consuming alcohol regardless of any calculator output.

Live Event Production & Engineering Calculators

Live event calculators on CalQpro β€” including festival power load, voltage drop, truss load, RT60, pixel pitch, projection throw, sub array spacing, Art-Net bandwidth, DMX universe, phantom power, and related tools β€” are planning aids only. They are based on industry standards including the National Electrical Code (NEC) Article 210.20 (80% continuous-load rule), ANSI E1.2-2012 (entertainment trussing 10:1 safety factor), ESTA / PLASA technical specifications, IEC 61938 (audio phantom power), and the Art-Net 4 specification. Citations are provided on each calculator for verification.

These tools do not replace certified engineering, licensed electrical work, or professional rigging certification. Final design decisions for any flown rig, electrical service, audio system, or video installation must be reviewed by qualified professionals β€” including ETCP-certified riggers for any flown equipment, licensed electricians for any service over 50 V, and structural engineers where applicable. Local codes, venue requirements, AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) approval, and union jurisdictions may add requirements not reflected in these calculators.

CalQpro is not responsible for injury, property damage, equipment failure, code violations, or any other consequence arising from the use of these calculators in a real-world production. Always verify with manufacturer load charts, on-site measurements, and a licensed professional before any equipment is energized, flown, or struck.

Construction & DIY Calculators

Construction calculators β€” including concrete, carpet, paint, roofing, drywall, and material estimation tools β€” are intended as quick estimation aids for homeowners, DIYers, and trades during the planning phase. They use standard area, volume, and coverage formulas with conservative assumptions.

Results do not account for waste factors specific to your job site, material thickness variations, manufacturer-specified coverage rates, regional building codes, permit requirements, structural loads, or labor costs. Order a 5-10% surplus on most materials to cover cuts and waste. For any structural, electrical, or plumbing work, consult a licensed contractor and obtain required permits before starting.

Math, Science, & Educational Calculators

Math, statistics, physics, and unit-conversion calculators are provided for educational reference. Results follow standard mathematical formulas and accepted physical constants. They are accurate to the precision of the inputs and the rounding rules displayed.

For academic submissions, scientific research, or engineering work, always verify results against authoritative sources or with your instructor / colleague. CalQpro does not guarantee that the precision shown is appropriate for every academic, scientific, or engineering use case.

General Calculation Accuracy

All calculators are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we verify formulas against authoritative sources and test against known examples, we make no warranty that results are free of mathematical, rounding, or programming errors. Floating-point arithmetic introduces small inaccuracies in some calculations.

If you find an error, please report it via the contact page or the "Report an error" link on each calculator.

International Users

CalQpro is operated from the United States. Many calculators reference U.S. standards including the NEC (electrical), IRS (tax), and U.S. customary units (feet, pounds, gallons). Users outside the U.S. should verify that the regulations, units, and formulas apply to their jurisdiction. Currency calculations default to U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

Where applicable, calculators offer a metric / imperial unit toggle. Some regional building codes, electrical standards (e.g. IEC vs NEC), tax law, and medical reference values differ from the U.S. defaults β€” always cross-reference with local authoritative sources.

Updates & Revisions

Formulas, reference data (such as IRS contribution limits, FICA rates, or NEC code updates), and authoritative sources change over time. CalQpro reviews and updates calculators on a rolling basis; each calculator displays a "Last reviewed" date near the top. Regulations may have changed since the last review. For decisions tied to current-year limits or codes, verify against the original authoritative source linked on each calculator.

Limitation of Liability

CalQpro, its operators, contributors, and authors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages β€” including but not limited to financial loss, medical injury, property damage, equipment failure, code violation penalties, or business interruption β€” arising from the use of, or inability to use, any calculator or content on this site. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

External links to authoritative sources (.gov, .edu, manufacturer documentation, professional standards bodies) are provided for reference. CalQpro is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites.

Reporting Errors

If you find a calculation error, broken link, outdated reference, or any other issue, please report it via the contact page. We review and respond to all error reports. Each calculator also has a "Report an error" link near the top of the page.
